PURPOSE: A noise-reducing railway rail having a construction in which a rail and a wheel of a running train come in touch continuously during running of a train is provided, which receives expansion of a rail in accordance with climate change, improves passenger ride comport and extends the service life of the train. CONSTITUTION: In a railway rail in which many rails as a unit are connected at specified intervals by calculation of an expansion coefficient in accordance with temperature change, front/rear rails(10, 20) are formed alternately each other at a connecting center to allow a wheel of a running railway vehicle on the rails and a connecting part of the rail to be flat without separation. The rail has a length of about 20 to 30m.
