PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sintered iron ore during mixing of high combined water iron ore is provided which maintains and improves strength at an ordinary temperature, productivity and recovery ratio without a drop of productivity of sintered ore or a sharply increased use of subsidiary raw material in using a large amount of high combined water iron ore as a sintering raw material. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing sintered ore in which iron ore containing 3 wt.% or more of high combined water as a sintering raw material, the manufacturing method of sintered ore during mixing of high combined water iron ore is characterized in that particle sizes of serpentine and silica used in the sintered ore manufacturing is in the range of -1 to -8 mm, and the mixture is sintered by adding iron oxide materials of low oxidation degree to the high combined water iron ore, wherein a mixing ratio of the iron oxide materials is proportional to a weight composition ratio of the high combined water iron ore to the sintering raw material. The manufacturing method of sintered ore during mixing of high combined water iron ore comprises the processes of adding non-crushed iron oxide materials of low oxidation degree together with 0.5 to 2.0 wt.% of calcium oxide to the high combined water iron ore; adhering the iron oxide materials of low oxidation degree onto the surface of the high combined water iron ore by mixing and granulating the raw materials as adding a proper amount of water into the raw materials in a drum mixer; and sintering the resulting materials after mixing and granulating the pretreated raw materials with other sintering raw materials in the drum mixer, wherein mill scale or steelmaking sludge comprising wustite (FeO) and metal Fe is used as the iron oxide materials of low oxidation degree.
