SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of blanking part on upper portion of die; subsequent reduction of part by pushing it through lower cone portion of die; at blanking process overcoming resistance of part remained in die after previous blanking cycle; at blanking each part, simultaneously pushing through lower cone portion of die above mentioned part remained after previous blanking cycle; at reducing cut portion selecting value of deformation degree according to condition providing value of specific pressure at pushing part through lower cone portion of die no less than value of yield limit of part material.
