PURPOSE: A bonnet opening preventive apparatus of a vehicle is provided to prevent the vehicle theft in parking or stopping by restricting opening of the bonnet with restraining a control panel in separating an ignition key from an ignition key holder. CONSTITUTION: A bonnet opening preventive device is composed of a release wire(300) connected to a bonnet lock(400) and a knob(500) installed in a driver's seat; a detecting unit(200) detecting connection of an ignition key and an ignition key holder(220) and operation of a remote controller(230) in operating the knob to operate the release wire; and a locking unit(100) locking and releasing the release wire according to the signal of the detecting unit. The locking unit is operated with detecting in separating the ignition key from the ignition key holder. The detecting unit senses operation of the remote controller in connecting the ignition key to the ignition key holder. The bonnet is opened in operating the knob by the passenger with releasing the locking unit. The theft of the parking or stopping vehicle is prevented by not releasing the bonnet lock without operating the remote controller in connecting the ignition key to the ignition key holder.
