PURPOSE: Vehicle body double box structure for a rear suspension installation part in a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and improve endurance by increasing the rigidity of an input point of the mounting part, and to cut down expenses and improve fuel efficiently by reducing the thickness of the member with the optimal structure. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel housing panel(20) is extended in the upper part to form the section of a box with a reinforcing member(22), and fixed in a quarter inner panel(11). The reinforcing member is installed between the housing panel and the quarter inner panel, and placed in the upper part of an upper panel of a rear suspension. The box is formed by the closed curve with the housing panel in placing the reinforcing member in the lower part of the housing panel. A pipe(21) is mounted in the upper part of the reinforcing member and the lower part of the housing panel, and a long bolt(24) is penetrated through the upper panel, the reinforcing member, the pipe and the housing panel. The space is filled with foaming by mounting a foaming pad(23) in the upper part of the reinforcing member. The rigidity and the endurance are improved with double box structure, and vibration and noise are reduced. Expenses are reduced, and fuel efficiency is improved with the optimal structure of the rear suspension mounting part.
