SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical housing for mounting gas dynamic system used for treating food products with condiment and spices, compressor and receiver balloon for receiving and storing pressurized working gas (air), working gas flow rate and pressure regulator, hopper for charging and storage of powder mixture of condiment and spices, dosing and mixing device for partial dosage of powder mixture and mixing thereof with working gas-carrier, sprayer head (accelerating nozzle) for speeding up gas-powder mixture to design speed. Apparatus is further equipped with pneumatic system for creating high-speed two-phase flow by providing delivery of working gas into dosing and mixing device and thorough mixing thereof with powder mixture of condiment and spices, and device for catching unused powder and ready product transportation device. Apparatus may be used for treating fresh and frozen food products. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved processing and increased gustatory and aesthetic qualities of food product. 1 dwg
