PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure for a mounting rear part of a sub frame is provided to improve fuel efficiency by reducing the weight of the vehicle body and expenses, and to reduce noise and vibration by increasing rigidity with supporting a long bolt supporting part by a box. CONSTITUTION: A vertical member fixing part is formed vertically in the upper part of a bent bracket, and a lower member fixing part is formed horizontally in the lower part of the bent bracket. The surface is formed perpendicularly to the vertical member fixing part, and a pipe nut fitting hole is formed in the surface. The lower member fixing part is integrally formed in the bent bracket. A bracket fixing part of a pipe nut(40) is inserted to the pipe nut fitting hole, and fixed with welding. A lower member fixing part of the pipe nut is fixed in a rear lower member of a front side(8) with welding. The lower part of the pipe nut is inserted to the rear lower member, and a threaded part is formed in the pipe nut. A long bolt(11) is fixed in a frame(10) and a sub frame(1) by penetrating. Noise is reduced, and fuel efficiency is improved with increasing rigidity by enlarging the assembling range of the long bolt.
