PURPOSE: A portable unit of a cellular phone is provided to make a sliding structure on the side of the cellular phone as well as a holding structure connected to the sliding structure, so that a user can use the cellular phone without any inconvenience caused by a cellular phone neckband. CONSTITUTION: A sliding structure comprises as follows. A guide groove(11) is formed along one side of a cellular phone body. A ball-shaped sliding member(12) is inserted into the guide groove(11), and freely moves along the guide groove(11). A connection cord(13) is coupled with the sliding member(12), and gives a moving space. A holding structure comprises as follows. The second detachable device(14) is firmly fixed on the other end of the connection cord(13), to make the cellular phone body easily detached. The first detachable device(15) is mounted or detachable on pair with the second detachable device(14). A neckband(3) is firmly fixed on the first detachable device(15).
