PURPOSE: A bamboo pillow is provided which is mass produced in certain sizes and shapes by standardizing bamboo strips and support plates for supporting the bamboo strips and enabling easy assembling of a pillow body, and a manufacturing method of the bamboo pillow is provided. CONSTITUTION: The bamboo pillow comprises pillow body bamboo strips(11) which are mass produced so that they constantly have arbitrary widths, thicknesses and lengths in the component preparation step; a pair of left and right sided bamboo strip fixing elements(30) which are produced in an injection molding process in the component preparation step, along the surrounding of which plate female grooved parts(31) are formed so that the bamboo strip fixing elements(30) are assembled into the plate female grooved parts(31) by being inserted into both end parts of the pillow body bamboo strips(11), and at the bottom surface of which surface distanced parts(22) are formed; a pair of left and right sided support plates(20) which are produced in an injection molding process in the component preparation step, which has pillow female grooved parts(21) so that the pillow female grooved parts(21) are forcibly inserted along the bamboo strip fixing elements(30), and at the bottom surface of which cover resting grooves are formed; and a bottom cover(40) which is produced in a separate bottom cover manufacturing step, and which is inserted into the cover resting grooves in the state that the bamboo strips fixed by the cover side elements are flexibly bended by fixing the both end parts of the bamboo strips(41) with cover side elements(42) made of a soft synthetic resin after arranging a plurality of bamboo strips(41).
