PURPOSE: A producing device of a ginseng steamed red is provided to produce the ginseng steamed red easily with a silver colloid and to expand the storing time of the ginseng steamed red. CONSTITUTION: A device for producing a ginseng steamed red comprises a main body portion; a water tank portion(10) to store water; a condensing portion to thermally exchange heat; a ginseng steamed red producing container containing a silver electrolyzing portion to generate silver solution by electrolyzing silver rods or silver plates; a heating portion(80) containing a temperature controlling portion to maintain a specific temperature; a discharging container(100) to store a discharged material by opening and closing the thermally exchanged water through electric valves(90,90-1); and a control portion to control a power supply and a heating time. Thereby, the efficiency of the silver is improved.
