SUCTION AIR BYPASS VALVE OF ENGINE

PURPOSE: A suction air bypass valve for an engine is provided to rapidly actuate while closing a throttle valve and to prevent noised generated by crashing between a valve stopper of a bypass valve and bypassed air. CONSTITUTION: A suction air bypass valve in an engine comprises first, second and third housings(40,50,60); a flange connecting unit combining the housings with a flange; a first connecter(41) connecting a rear side of an air cleaner and a bypass line by being protruded on a lower portion of the first housing; a valve guide(42) moving a valve shaft(31) left and right by being arranged in the first housing; a partition dividing the first housing by inserting the valve shaft; a spring(70) elastically supporting a valve(32) by being mounted on an outer circumference of the valve guide; a spring seat(43) placing the spring; a valve seat(52) isolating air current by being contacted to the valve; a second connecter(51) engaging an inter cooler and the bypass line; a negative pressure line receiving negative pressure of a throttle body by being installed on an upper portion of the third housing; and a stopper(62) preventing movement of the valve shaft.
