摘要 PURPOSE: A method for automating a material unloader by using a shape detector is provided to automate a material unloader by controlling the motion of the material unloader based on reclaiming coordinates, to secure safety by making a worker avoid the work at a high place, and to reduce the manpower. CONSTITUTION: A shape detector installed at a lower end of a control room of a material unloader fetches the distance data about a material in a ship(201). The distance data are converted to an orthogonal coordinate system(202). The three-dimensional data of the material are interpolated(203). A bucket of the material unloader fetches the reclaiming coordinates(204).
