SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monoinstantaneus fixation of lysosomal cationic proteins, DNA and RNA in green strength dye solution that provides staining lysosomal cationic proteins only followed by additional staining tissue samples in pyronin methyl green dye resulting to identifying DNA and RNA staining. Method involves incubation of tissue samples with green strength dye methanol solution at methyl alcohol concentration 90-100% being this dye acts as both dye and fixing agent simultaneously followed by additional staining tissue slices with pyronin green in the weight ratio of dry dyes = 1:1.3. Method provides reliable detection of lysosomal cationic proteins, DNA and RNA in a single preparation simultaneously. EFFECT: improved method of detection. 1 dwg
