PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing fertilizer using refined by-products causing environmental pollution such as sludge, waste food, animal excrements, waste animal feed, sawdust, sugar cane flakes. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing fertilizer comprises steps of (i) providing 30 to 50 wt.% of waste food, 20 to 40 wt% of animal excrements, 10 to 30 wt% of waste animal feed and 5 to 15% of sludge and mixing them with enzyme or microorganisms; (ii) fermenting the mixture under outside conditions in the air for 10 to 20 days; (iii) aging the fermented mixture for 40 to 60 days; (iv) mixing 10 to 30 wt% excrements of earthworms fed with the product from step (iii), 20 to 40 wt% of sludge, 10 to 30 wt% of sawdust, 10 to 30 wt% of animal excrements, and 5 to 15 wt% of sugar cane flakes; (v) fermenting the mixture from step (iv) at 70 to 80 deg.C for 5 to 10 days under a well-ventilated conditions, followed by stirring for 10 to 20 days; and (vi) subjecting the fermented product from step (v) to a manufacturing process of a fertilizer including pulverization, sorting, extrusion, cutting and drying. |
