PURPOSE: A grain and marine product drying device using far infrared rays is provided to increase drying efficiency and minimize the loss of freshness. CONSTITUTION: Grain or marine products are put into a hopper(34) and a drum(38) is rotated to make the raw material input unit of the drum opposite to the raw material discharge unit of the hopper. Then, the input unit and the discharge unit are opened. At that time, grain or marine products are moved into the drum from the hopper. When a blower(36), a tube heater(44), an infrared heater(64), discharge fans(66,62) and a motor(42) are driven, the drum is rotated to receive heat from the hole of a heat supply shaft(50). Far infrared rays are lighted in the drum from the infrared heater. Due to the heat and far infrared rays, the grain or marine products are dried. During the drying process, moisture and heat are discharged outside through the discharge fans. After the drying process, the raw material input unit faces an unloader(46) and a door(52) is opened to load the dried grain or marine products on the unloader.
