PURPOSE: A system and method for outputting and transferring the image through the network are provided to prevent the degradation of the image by using a compression algorithm having less loss and to increase the transfer efficiency by reducing the load of a server through P2P(peer to peer). CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a management server(200), a transmitting center(230), an output center(240), and a delivery center(235). The management server stores the data about the login procedures, product order, and payment, and relays the payment and delivery. The transmitting center sends the data about the product order and image to the output center, while the output center receives the data and outputs a printing corresponding to the image data through a printer(245). Also, the output center can send the printing to the transmitting center through the delivery center on the network(225).
