PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making exact advice and effective presentation thereof in the field of selection of cosmetics using differentiation of characteristics of skin. SOLUTION: A season when a user was born is made an index to differentiate the tendency of the skin. The constellation is preferably used as a representative characteristic value. A plot on a plane made by an axis to present the occurring probability of the tendency of the skin and an axis to represents a month of birth is used to differentiate the tendency of skin.
