PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe massage instrument capable of simply massaging a toe, between toes and pressure spots of a foot distributed in the vicinity of a join of the toe. SOLUTION: The toe massage instrument consists of a suction port (5), a relaxation part (1) integrally provided with a plurality of continuous projected parts (3) applied to between toes and expanded by the injection of air, a pump part (2) for injecting air and the connection tube (4) for connecting the relaxation part (1) and the pump part (2) without generating a gap. The air discharged from the pump part (2) passes through the connection tube (4) to be injected in the relaxation part (1) and the projected parts (3), and the projected parts (3) to between toes are expanded along with the relaxation part (1) to expand between the toes to apply massage effect.
