PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust an internal pressure to a desired value by use of a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: A pressure-regulating ball 8 is disposed in a communicating portion 4 which allows the inside of the rice boiler to communicate with the outside. The ball 8 is oscillated in a predetermined period by an oscillating mechanism to maintain the desired pressure.
