<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi dry type gas desulfurizing and desalting system of non-circulation type or circulation type, in which large clods formed by falling lime slurry, or lime slurry and circulating ashes into a reactor is prevented when applied to a small-sized industrial boiler or a municipal waste incineration plant where a flow rate of exhaust gas is largely variable, and when a flow rate of gas is restored, enabling to the operation of the system is reliably resumed and continued irrespectively of fluctuation of flow rate of gas. SOLUTION: In the semi dry type gas desulfurizing/desalting system, when a flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the lower part of a fluidizing bed of the reactor drops below a set value, supply of lime slurry and water for regulating humidity of the gas to the lower part of the fluidizing bed, or supply of circulating ashes, water therefor (for regulating humidity of the gases) and lime slurry are stopped automatically or manually. When flow rate of the gases is restored above the set value, it is preferable to resume supplying of water therefor and lime slurry to the lower part of the fluidized bed, or supplying of water therefor and circulating ashes, according to the procedure.</p> |
