PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box type cargo chamber structure of a van type vehicle capable of minimizing the vibration of a wall member even when cargoes collide with the wall member. SOLUTION: This box type cargo chamber structure of the van type vehicle has a metal grid 11 made of steel wire put together in a grid pattern mounted on interior wall faces 60, 70 of a box type cargo chamber 2 via a bracket 13 spaced from the wall faces 60, 70 and has cushioning 20 inserted between the metal grid 11 and the interior wall faces 60, 70.
