PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip with superior assembly workability and allowing assembly even from outside a cabin. SOLUTION: In this assist grip provided with a clip comprising a plurality of pawl parts 21 and a regulating member 3 fitted between the plurality of pawl parts 21 to regulate their deformations in mutually approaching directions, the regulating member 3 is pressed by a pressing part 13 provided on a grip main body 1 and it is fitted into a gap 24 between the pawl parts 21. Since the regulating member 3 can be pressed by holding the grip main body 1, labor is reduced by the lever rule and regulating members 3 at both ends can be fitted at the same time with one pressing.
