PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when an unvulcanized hose having a reinforcing fiber layer provided therein is attached to a mandrel and the end part thereof is inserted in the vulcanizing cap on the side of the base part on the mandrel, a liquid inserting auxiliary agent such as a release agent or the like is discharged from the discharge hole provided to the bottom part of the vulcanizing cap so as to pierce the same axially and steam during vulcanization penetrates into the reinforcing fiber layer through the discharge hole and, as a result, the stability of adhesion or a dimension is lost and the end part must be cut after vulcanization, to omit the cutting of the end part. SOLUTION: The vulcanizing cap 7, on the side of the cylindrical base part of the mandrel, permitting the insertion of the end part of the unvulcanized hose 1 having the reinforcing fiber layer 32 provided therein is divided into an upper part 8 and a lower part 9 and a filter 3 comprising a reticulated porous material is interposed between the mating parts of both upper and lower parts 8 and 9. The discharge hole 26, which comes into contact with the filter 30 at one end thereof to be opened and opened to the outside at the other end thereof, is formed to the lower part 9 so as to axially pierce the same and arranged so as not to be superposed on the extension of the reinforcing fiber layer 32.
