PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electron beam sterilizing equipment capable of saving an installation space and efficiently sterilizing. SOLUTION: The electron beam sterilizing equipment comprises a conveying tray 25 inclined so that an object 29 can roll or slidably drop, an electron beam emitting unit 21 for emitting an electron beam, and grooves 27 provided on the tray 25 to introduce the beam emitted from the unit 21 and tending to detour along the object 29 from below the object 29 to sterilize the object 29 over the entire surface.
