PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-soluble vitamin-containing composition the unpleasant flavor of which is ameliorated. SOLUTION: This composition contains a water-soluble vitamin having unpleasant flavor, acesulfame potassium and an extract from Stevia rebaudiana. The weight ratio of the acesulfame potassium to the extract from Stevia rebaurdiana is 3:1 to 1:3 and the total content of the two components is 0.05-5% (w/w). The water-soluble vitamin having unpleasant flavor is included in a proportion of 1-80% (w/w). The water-soluble vitamin having unpleasant flavor comprises one or more than two kinds selected from the group consisting of calcium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate, nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid amide, vitamins B1, riboflavin and its phosphate ester sodium, riboflavin butyrate, pantothenic acid, sodium pantothenate and calcium pantothenate.
