SOLUTION: A database 10 is provided with a renewal program storage part 16 storing a renewal program and a control part 17 rewriting the operation control program based on the renewal program, and after the control part 17 rewrites the operation control program of the elevator control device 1 based on the renewal program by a prearranged date for a maintenance work, the control part 17 checks the renewal of the identification code of the operation control program based on the prearranged date of the completion of the works, and the renewed control program is registered in a operation control program storage part 15.
