PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer and a recorder having an excellent reliability and capable of suppressing the occurrence of noise and the deterioration of a power supply brush. SOLUTION: A plurality of power supply electrodes 52 are installed on a conveying belt 31 in feeding direction, and the voltage values of the power supply electrodes 52 installed upstream in conveying direction are set lower than the voltage values of the power supply electrodes 52 installed on the downstream side therefrom, and the voltage values supplied onto the conveying belt 31 are increased gradually. Thus, a shock caused at the time of contact can be reduced more than that caused when high voltage is supplied suddenly.
