PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery capable of realizing the changeover action of a paper delivery direction with simple constitution, and to provide a printer. SOLUTION: This paper delivery is composed of a paper guide 6 for guiding paper 5 fed from a paper conveying mechanism 1; a paper guide 7 supported in an angle displaceable manner around a shaft of a roller 8 and connected to the lower reaches of the paper guide 6; a pair of rollers 8, 9 holding the paper 5 to convey it forward or backward; and paper guide 21, 22 vertically arranged downstream of the rollers 8, 9. The roller 9 is swingingly supported in an angle displaceable manner along the peripheral surface of the roller 8.
