PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an unsealing operation for a bag with a component sealed therein. SOLUTION: A sub table 20 which is a part of a table 16 on which an object 14 to be unsealed is mounted is made to be capable of rising/lowering. After rims of a bag 42 of the object 14 are cut by cutter edges 30 and 36, the sub table 20 is lowered while a lower film of the bag is sucked thereto. Thus, upper and lower films of the bag are separated and become easy to peel.
