PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester elastomer resin composition excellent in flame retardance and flexibility, and capable of providing a molded product having a uniform thickness containing no foreign particles. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant polyester elastomer resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyetherester block copolymer comprising (a) a high-melting crystalline polymer segment mainly composed of a crystalline aromatic polyester unit and (b) a low-melting polymer segment mainly composed of an aliphatic polyether unit with (B) 1-50 pts.wt. of a phosphorus compound and (C) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a fatty acid amide compound. The flame retardant polyester elastomer resin composition is prepared by, as desired, further compounding (D) 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a nitrogen containing compound, (E) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a fluorine resin and (F) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a monocarbodiimide compound and/or (G) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a polycarbodiimide compound.
