PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever device capable of making a weight of a support member to a light weight in the shift lever device provided with the support member for supporting a shift lever. SOLUTION: The support member has a mounting part 20 to which a shift lever is mounted; and these support beams 10, 13, 30 connected to the mounting part 20. The three support beams 10, 13, 30 have a tetra-structure.
