PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely forming various kinds of recording media which can be repeatedly rewritten in a laminar-type card represented by a credit card and the like and a card which enables a position where a display material is formed to be mechanically examined. SOLUTION: This information recording medium with an information display part comprises an information recording part and an information display part which records/displays information relative to the described information with such a function that a printed examination mark formed on the same area as the described parts of a base is covered by the information display part and therefore, is invisible when the information display part is formed at a normal position.
