PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pouring molten metal matrix composite material with which the defect of a casting caused by dirts can be eliminated. SOLUTION: A molten metal pouring device 23 for injecting the molten metal matrix composite material into a casting metal mold upward from the lower part is composed of an erected sleeve 46, a plunger 47 inserted into the sleeve 46 from the lower part and a block 48 attachably/detachably placed on the plunger 47. The diameter of the block 48 is formed to be small so that the block 48 does not come into contact with the dirt stuck to the inner wall surface 52 of the sleeve 46. Thus, the block does not scrape off the dirt, but pushes out the center of the molten metal which does not develop the dirt. Consequently, the dirt is not mingled into the molten metal, the enclosure of the dirt can be prevented and the casting which does not mingle the dirt can be obtained.
