PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonized water treating device enhanced in energy efficiency and lowered in cost. SOLUTION: This ozonized water treating device is provided with an absorption type refrigerator 5 using the waste heat generated by a cogeneration system 1 as a heat source, an ozone generator 7 which is cooled by chilled water obtainable by the refrigerator 5 and transforms oxygen to ozone by electric discharge to generate ozone, an ozonization tank 12 for treating the water to be treated by the ozone generated by the generator 7 to produce the ozonized water and a waste ozone treating unit 18 for preheating and decomposing the waste ozone after used for the treatment in the tank 12 to restore to oxygen and discharge the restored oxygen.
