PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-cut exterior unit for a rotary flange, capable of being exteriorly attached to the flange stably and firmly against external force, such as vibrational amplification, without dismounting fastening bolts for the rotary flange. SOLUTION: This full-cut exterior unit for the rotary flange is structured as follows: spacer-attached insertion openings 4 for cylindrical nuts 5 are arranged on both lugs 3b, 3b formed in a bottom area 3a of the flange of a transmission case 3; a flattened mounting plate 2 of a tapered bracket 1 which has bolt insertion holes 2a for the cylindrical nuts 5 fitting to the spacer-attached insertion openings 4 arranged on both the lugs 3b, 3b and holds a tapered claw shaft 6 so that the shaft freely rotates is attached and fitted to both sides of the bottom area 3a of the flange; the cylindrical nuts 5 are each inserted into the spacer-attached insertion openings 4, 4; and fastening bolts 8, 8 are each screwed and fastened to the cylindrical nuts 5 from the outside of the flattened mounting plate 2. Thus, the flattened mounting plate 2 is attached to the rotary flange of the transmission case.
