PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-cost parts with solving the problem that it takes time to assemble several constituent parts and it is necessary to prevent foreign articles from mixing during the assembling because the several constituent parts are formed separately beforehand in a piston pump and a liquid valve mechanism used in a recording head of an ink jet recording apparatus or the like in the prior art. SOLUTION: The parts constituting the piston pump 9 or the valve mechanism are formed of materials incompatible with each other in one process by insert molding or multi-color injection molding. Materials having different molding shrinkage percents are adopted for members to secure a predetermined airtightness or a mutual maneuverability. Moreover, rubber or elastomer is used as a forming material for members requiring airtightness and flexibility.
