PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply face illumination by irradiating light on a vehicular face of an automobile or the like. SOLUTION: The face illumination is illuminated by attaching emitters 12 such as light-emitting diodes 13 or luminous type emitters in desired portions of a vehicular main body and irradiating light on the desired portions of the vehicular face.
