<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft preventive device for construction machine capable of sufficiently preventing the construction machine from being stolen. SOLUTION: This theft preventive device 10 comprises an auxiliary switch 12 installed in a power supply line 24 for supplying a power to a starter motor 22 and a judgment control part 14 for judging, based on the signals inputted from a transceiver part 16, on whether an operation is appropriate or not and controlling the auxiliary switch 12. When judging the operation to be not appropriate, the judgment control part 14, the maintains the auxiliary switch 12 in off state and prohibits the start of an engine. Therefore, when the operation is not appropriate, the engine cannot be started even if a main switch is turned on. As a result, the theft of the construction machine can be prevented sufficiently.</p> |
