PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging the deterioration bacterium of a milk-based carbonated drink, by which a Sporolactobacillus genus bacterium that is a heat-resistant spore-forming bacterium proliferating in the milk-based carbonated drink can accurately and quickly be detected and judged. SOLUTION: The Sporolactobacillus genus bacterium recognized to be a heat-resistant spore-forming bacterium proliferating in the milk-based carbonated drink is specifically and quickly detected and judged by a microorganism detection technique utilizing an antigen-antibody reaction.
