<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent method capable of using a small-sized appara tus and reducing a cost by by efficiently performing dehumidifying of air containing moisture and removing of a gaseous solvent at a recovering exist in a dry-type dehumidifier. SOLUTION: In the method for removing the moisture included in gas containing the gaseous solvent by using the dry-type dehumidifier, at least a part of the air is recycled at the recovering exist of the dehumidifier by removing the moisture included in it as a recovered gas. By partially recycling the gas at the recovering exist, the gaseous solvent included in the waste gas is efficiently concentrated while dehumidification to become a small volume and, high-concentration. In the removing processing of the gaseous solvent, the apparatus is also made to be compact and the costs for the equipment, etc., can be reduced remarkably.</p> |
