PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of meat treated in a slaughter house by bacteria and improve a working environment in the slaughter house. SOLUTION: This system for cleaning an environment of the slaughter house is obtained by taking in air from the outside with an air supplying means 11, sterilizing the air with a nonequilibrium plasma sterilizer 12, supplying the sterilized air to the upper part of a workroom 8, making the air flow from the upper side of the workroom 8 toward the lower side thereof over the whole workroom 8 with a straightening means 13, ventilating the air in the workroom 8, discharging the ventilated air from the lower side of the workroom 8 with a gas discharging means 14, sterilizing and deodorizing the air with a nonequilibrium plasma sterilizing and deodorizing tool 15 and then discharging the resultant air to the outside. Since the sterilized air flows from the upper side of the workroom 8 toward the lower side thereof over the whole workroom 8, the backward flow of the air containing the bacteria and malodor under the workroom 8 to the interior of the workroom 8 can be prevented and the interior of the workroom 8 can be kept clean. Thereby, the contamination of the meat with the bacteria can be prevented to improve the working environment. |
