PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic for the hair capable of exhibiting a sufficient hair dressing power by application to the hair, providing a dry finish feeling free from a sticky feeling after hair dressing, and yet, even if the hair dressed once is disordered, carrying out hair redressing as it is. SOLUTION: This cosmetic for the hair is characterized by comprising a polyoxyethylene reduced lanolin and a film-forming substance.
