PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove a deposition substance deposited on a dustproof net spread on a suction port, for suctioning an external air, of an engine cover provided at the outside of a radiator of an engine. SOLUTION: The deposition substance deposited on the dustproof net 11 spreads on the suction port 10, for suctioning an external air, of an engine cover 9 provided at the outside of radiator of the engine is removed by a shielding device 12 rotated and driven. This shielding device 12 is rotated and driven by a wind mill 29 and this rotation speed is restricted by a rotation restriction device.
