PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the difficulty in forming a finishing ground using sand tubes in a deep water. SOLUTION: A fishing ground is prepared by filling sandy soil in an outer tube made of a flexible material such as woven cloth to form a sand tube, staking the sand tubes in a plural number of stages and piling up sand in the space surrounded by the stacked sand tubes to form the breeding ground for fish and shellfish.
