PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively recover powdered contents from aggregation in an even relatively large-sized containers without destroying the container and to relatively shorten the time for the recovering work. SOLUTION: This device has holding bodies 1 which hold the containers in which powder material are housed, pneumatic cylinder 3a which oscillate the holding bodies 1 and a pair of oscillation stopping bodies 4 and 4 which are arranged apart from each other in the oscillation areas of the holding bodies 1. The holding bodies 1 are repetitively abutted on the oscillation stopping bodies 4 and 4 by the oscillation of the holding bodies 1 and the impact force is transmitted to the entire part of the containers via the holding bodies 1 by this abutment, by which the uniform powdering of the containers is made possible.
