PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium won quantity display device capable of informing the number of won game media even in the case of a game machine constituted not to actually pay out the won game media. SOLUTION: This game medium won quantity display device 51 is provided corresponding to each game machine that pays out game media in the quantity specified times as large as the thrown-in quantity, and displays the number of won game media obtained by subtracting the number of thrown-in game media from the number of paid-out game media. The display device 51 is provided with a chair 1 installed in proximity to the game machine and provided with a transparent part 11 at a backrest 7 to make an internal space 9 visually observable; a stocker 15 provided at a leg part 3 of the chair 1 to store a plurality of dummy game media 17; an up-feeding device 19 for feeding the dummy game media 17 in the stocker into the internal space 9 according to the number of paid-out game media; and a shutter means provided at the lower part of the internal space 9 to drop the dummy game media 17 in the number corresponding to the number of thrown-in game media, into the stocker 17 from the internal space 9.
