PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability by extremely increasing rigidity of an output part of a motor and reducing the axial size of a driving part. SOLUTION: In this conveying robot, a base end member of a robot link mechanism connected to a conveying table is connected to a rotor of a motor. A fixing element of the motor, the rotor, a rotor supporting bearing, and a position detector for detecting the rotating position of the rotor are provided on the approximately same position in the axial direction. |
