PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card which records and displays information verifying the identity of a card holder in such a state that the card cannot be rewritten when the recording/display of such information is desired or under compulsory measures, regarding the card not specifying the identification. SOLUTION: This card with a thermal printing function comprises an information recording part and a heat-sensitive recording material with a thermal color development layer composed mainly of a leuco dye, a developer and a sensitizing agent formed on the surface and a thermal variable transparency recording layer which is composed mainly of a rein matrix and an organic low-molecular substance dispersed in the resin matrix and indicates a reversibly changing transparency depending upon temperature and is rewritable, formed on the back. |
