PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition needing a low extrusion torque, excellent in moldability, having excellent productivity capable of extruding by the large amount of the composition, providing a molded product excellent in appearance, and capable of being highly filled with an inorganic filler. SOLUTION: This polyolefin resin composition is characterized in that the composition is obtained by compounding (b) 20-200 pts.wt. polyolefin resin, (c) 0.5-10 pts.wt. reaction product of a 2-25C unsaturated hydrocarbon with anα,β-unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride, or hydrogenated product thereof and (d) 0.5-10 pts.wt. partially esterified product of a 5-30C neopentyl polyol and a 6-14C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid, with (a) 100 pts.wt. inorganic filler.
