PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a cargo so as not to break it by preventing a carriage from being laterally turned, when carrying the high cargo by the carriage. SOLUTION: Four-point suspension pedestal is installed so that the motive force of a loaded cargo is not transferred to an external framed carriage.
